A frequently-asked query:
Hi, I am a newbie to the Internet Marketing scene and I am trying to buy my first hosting and have no clue. I have read a couple of forums but cannot seem to decide. I would be grateful if anyone could help me out. Who would be a reasonable, reliable and affordable host to buy hosting from. I am toying with the idea of either Hostgator, WebhostingPad or even Bluehost
Answer: You are not alone. Many affordable hosting is plagued with inflexibility on their resource limits and haunted by unprofessional support. Web hosting is the heart of your web presence and can mean the start or the end of your business.
Before we give you an absolute answer, these are seven qualities to look for in a good web hosting. An excellent hosting:
- does not suspend accounts easily like other cheap hosting,
- gives more-than-enough storage,
- offers unlimited bandwidth,
- gives unlimited add-on domains,
- has easy-to-use Site Builder with thousands of unique templates,
- has QuickInstall to quickly install apps like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, OSCommerce, ZenCart and more
- can be easily upgraded to VPS or one of the best dedicated server plans if and when your business require.
To answer your question, many experienced web developers suggest to try Hostgator. If you need an “unlimited” hosting plan, experts usually highly recommend going with Hostgator because they are the best best domain hosting around.
With more than 4 million websites hosted, a “Hostgator sucks” comment cannot be avoided. See the drawbacks of Hostgator in the section below. Objectively, HG has an amazingly long, 45 days money back guarantee so you have ample time to test them out. They are rated A+ by Better Business Bureau which shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. You also do not have to pay for the first month. You can just try their fully functional hosting service – you pay only $0.01 (you need to use the special coupon code). Do you know any other hosting company that can give you that kind of assurance? Anybody can grab an account from Hostgator for almost FREE.

Hostgator Complaints
No web hosting service is perfect. Some complaints about Hostgator plans include:
- No free domain name included – but you can easily get a domain name from the best domain registrar such as Godaddy or Namecheap for $10 or less. Would you agree that a website is not complete without a domain name?
- You need to pay full price after your first invoice – well, they need to make money too and all the support and great service do come with a cost. It is like they say, you get what you pay for.
If you are still not sure if HG is right for you, or you have specific query about anything at all, try the Live Chat at HG. They are fast and knowledgeable. Just ask and you shall receive.

Hi, first and foremost welcome to the internet marketing world and I wish you all the very best in it.
To answer your question about hosting I think Hostgator are really good and I think they are the number 1 at the moment, Webhostingpad and bluehost are also very good. It will also be very useful for you if you get a web hosting company that has live chat as I have found that to be very useful (as a newbie – when you have so many questions) when you need an answer in a hurry cos it is sometimes a real pain when you have to submit a ticket and then have to wait.
If you are looking for Cheap web hosting I think WebhostingPad has hosting for $1.99 a month.
As a newbie which was not too long ago I came across a site http://www.cheapbusinesshostingblog.com/ They have a list of web hosting companies you can choose from and they also have coupon codes and some good rebates. I bought hosting from them (hostgator) and they did send me a rebate.
Once again all the best with your online business

Hi there,
Hosting these days is pretty cheap. For the most part, you can go with just about any of them and be happy with a cheap price. I’ve been helping people like you for 10+ years now, so if you don’t find anything, I’d be happy to host it for you (ok, so my shameless plug goes here:) (my site: http://www.ivCity.com ). I’d be happy to work one-on-one via my personal email. It’s a small site, but plenty of features. It’s a side thing for me, but I enjoy it. 😉

Between the three web hosts that you are considering I recommend HostGator. I’ve had no issues at all and have been very happy with them. There are coupon codes that will lower the regular monthly price of $9.95 down to around $7.95 here http://www.castironhostingreview.com/hostgator-review.html
If you’re looking for a lower priced hosting option then BlueHost is your best bet at $3.95/Month promo price link – http://tinyurl.com/hmpromoprice regularly $6.95 per month.
