You’re going to have raise your budget if you want to have good and honest web design, maintenance and marketing done. Otherwise you’ll have to do it yourself. Don’t trust anyone who will do all of this for you for less than $50/year. The amount of time they SHOULD be spending on your website would not be worth it at all for them.
