if you are a beginner in web hosting i would definitely suggest godaddy.com they have good tech support and thier services are affordable on any budget.
1and1.com is a great host. I’ve used them for years and have had no problems. They have great deals and are easy to use.
Best option is to buy a domain name at Godaddy.com or 1and1.com and buy the hosting package at HostGator.com. You have to set the nameserver of your domain name to your hosting account. It’s easy.

Just for your information Globat uses Plesk and not Cpanel.
