A frequently-asked query:
Hello,
As of now working with vistaprint, but for what they offer they really do not offer enough. I like the website builder tool as it makes it easier for me instead of learning code.
I am trying to find:
A web host that is affordable more so than vistaprint
Allows for my own domain name
Has a website builder tool
And a large amount of templates (animal or flower based).
Allows e mail account with my domain attached to it Blah blah @ mydomain.com kind of deal.
Allows flash
Answer: You are not alone. Many affordable hosting is plagued with inflexibility on their resource limits and haunted by unprofessional support. Web hosting is the heart of your business and can mean the start or the end of your business.
Before we answer your question, let us review the 7 qualities to look for in a good web hosting. An excellent hosting:
- has at least 30 days money back guarantee,
- gives more-than-enough diskspace,
- offers unlimited bandwidth,
- gives multiple add-on domains,
- has easy-to-use Site Builder with thousands of unique templates,
- has QuickInstall to quickly install apps like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, OSCommerce, ZenCart and more
- can be easily upgraded to VPS or one of the best dedicated server plans if and when your business require.

Hostgator Complaints
No web hosting service is perfect. Some complaints about Hostgator plans include:
- No free domain name included – but you can easily get a domain name from the best domain registrar such as Godaddy or Namecheap for $10 or less. Would you agree that a website is not complete without a domain name?
- You need to pay full price after your first invoice – well, they need to make money too and all the support and great service do come with a cost. It is like they say, you get what you pay for.

The first thing you need to know, in simplest terms, is that Hosting + Content Management System = Website. Web Hosting is storage space for your website – like how a thumb drive holds files but isn’t a document itself. A Content Management System (or CMS) is what you use to design your website, choose templates/layouts/colors, and write posts.
Vista Print and other companies leave people confused because they do both for you, but most times you have a different company for each one. For example, I use Bluehost to host my websites, which is 70 per year for me and I use WordPress as a CMS which is free. I am not a coder, but I can figure out enough to do WordPress myself.
If you really don’t want to learn code, but you want a good website, I would suggest you find a local web designer and hire them to build you a website. You can work with them to find the hosting you need and a CMS that will be easy enough for you.
It can be hard to spend a few hundred dollars all at once for the web designer, but you will end up ahead paying only for hosting and your domain name on an annual basis which is often less than 100 dollars per year.
One final thing…if you decide to try wordpress yourself, realize that wordpress.com and wordpress the CMS are two different things by the same company and you will want to be using the CMS which you can get on wordpress.org.
I hope this helps. =)

I recommend one of these: http://www.webhostingdiscounts.org/
iPage is on sale right now.
They’re one of the oldest web hosting companies, founded 1998, also one of the largest, currently hosting over a million websites.
Their hosting plan includes:
– Free domain name (.com, .net, .org)
– Unlimited storage and bandwidth
– Unlimited email addresses per domain name
They also include a couple of ways for you to build your website easily without any programming.
You can use their free, point & click, online site builder so you can create a website without any programming (easily, just by drag and drop).
You could install WordPress. It is the most popular CMS (content management system) (they include an easy, one click install of WordPress from their control panel), choose a theme that you like, and start adding content.
They also have a great custom control panel with OneClick installs of all the popular software like WordPress, Joomla, Forums, Chat, Galleries, Online stores and a lot more.
