  1. Unfortunately when you are unexperienced you will have to suffer a bit but if you get into the wrong company you can usually get your money back within a month.

    I tried most of them and the best one is IX, for a number of reasons. They start at $5 a month so long as you pay for a year, but I went for the $8 as it’s the best value for money.

  3. It depends very much upon your budget, and what you need to have hosted. For example, will you just upload static web pages? Will you need support for dynamic technologies like MySQL, Postgres, ASP, PHP, Perl, or Python? Will you need some kind of Content Management system, like Drupal, Joomla, or Groupware?
