Tips for developing a networking topology for a fictitious small-sized housing business?

A common problem:

I’m a new at networking. Do you have any tips on improving this small network based on what I’ve uploaded? Say in an affordable way like ,000 budget.

Basically the provided network range is 192.168.0.0/24 range as this network isn’t likely to exceed 200+ hosts.

There are 4 LANS (its own subnet) so it’s easier to apply security policy etc.:
(1) Web Server
(2) Database and Email Server
(3) Staff
(4) Students
