A frequently-asked question:
Hi I’m a newbie in the internet market. I’ve searched the web for hours to find the right website to teach me some tricks and basic stuff. I’ve found many so called gurus but have many doubts. But can anyone recommend me a site to start internet marketing and create a website?
Thanks
Answer: It is not your fault you are confused. Finding a web host should not be so complicated. Web hosting is the heart of your business and can mean the life or death to your business.
Before we give you an absolute answer, these are seven qualities to look for in a good web hosting. An excellent hosting:
- lets you try their service for free or at very low price,
- gives more-than-enough diskspace,
- offers unlimited bandwidth,
- gives unlimited add-on domains,
- has easy-to-use Site Builder with thousands of unique templates,
- has QuickInstall to quickly install apps like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, OSCommerce, ZenCart and more
- can be easily upgraded to VPS or one of the best dedicated server plans if and when your business require.
To answer your question, many experienced web developers suggest to try Hostgator. If you are building your first website and needs a hosting plan, experts usually highly recommend going with Hostgator because they are the best hosting and domain registrar around.
With more than 4 million websites hosted, a “Hostgator sucks” comment cannot be avoided. See the drawbacks of Hostgator in the section below. Objectively, HG has an amazingly long, 45 days money back guarantee so you have ample time to test them out. They are rated A+ by Better Business Bureau which shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. You also do not have to pay for the first month. You can just try their fully functional hosting service – you pay only $0.01 (you need to use the special coupon code). Do you know any other hosting company that can give you that kind of assurance? Anybody can grab an account from Hostgator for almost FREE.

Hostgator Complaints
No web hosting service is perfect. Some complaints about Hostgator plans include:
- No free domain name included – but you can easily get a domain name from the best domain registrar such as Godaddy or Namecheap for $10 or less. Would you agree that a website is not complete without a domain name?
- You need to pay full price after your first invoice – well, they need to make money too and all the support and great service do come with a cost. It is like they say, you get what you pay for.
If you are still not sure if HG is right for you, or you have specific query about anything at all, try the Live Chat at HG. They are fast and knowledgeable. Just ask and you shall receive.

Hey there,
Creating your own website isn’t that difficult. You just have to find the right website to start. It depends wheter you want to create sites with wordpress or with WYSIWYG converters.
I am very pleased with Chris Farrell’s site http://www.CreateYourOwnWebsiteWithChrisFarrell.com
He is a down to earth guy and one of the best explaining teachers. And affordable compared to others. He’ll give you tons of information. Even free hosting when you become member.
So for me he’s one of the best. Another good suggestion to start your search is the Warrior Forum.
Have good luck.

An e-commerce website, or e-business, consists of many elements:
– front end design
– programming script
– database
– web hosting and domain
(- along with necessary security measures such as SSL)
Honestly, its by far easier to hire someone, like myself to make something like this for you as the end result will be functional and easy for you to manage day to day. There is also less concerns about your sites security if professionally made whereas you might miss something crucial.
I have found no websites that take you through the entire process however, with the right programs and some guides you MIGHT be able to scratch something together depending on your experience and overall IT skills.
Personally I’d go for a visual design tool such as Adobe Dreamweaver (latest version about £300?), this will help you to design what the user sees as he or she views your site. The programming side of things can also be handled by this program however that can be overwhelming for beginners. Try viewing the source code for google (going to view > page source), that’s a pretty simple site but doesn’t make much sense right now does it?
The database where your products will be kept, along with login, deli every details etc is handled by MySQL typically. An version of their open source (free) server can be downloaded from their website (www.mysql.com) Building this and then linking it to your website yourself is no mean feat.
There are some sites that will offer to do it all for you, giving you a choice of templates however for more personalised, bespoke designs, I’d talk with someone.
I’d you’d like any help, get in touch 🙂
I am a web designer but also offer more client moulded websites which sound perfect for you.

Creating your own website is a lot easier than you might think. It can be up and running very quickly. Starting an e-business is the difficult part. I have been selling on the internet for the last 10 years and started with Ebay and Amazon to "wet my feet".
Have you tried them? If you have physical products to sell that’s a good way to start. A year ago I started my own websites and I haven’t looked back since. Thankfully I got an excellent online teacher (the best).

Hi there,
You can make simple websites for free, don’t start paying out good money till you know what you are doing. You can make a simple website through Google and several others as well, look for a simple one at first if you aren’t experienced in computers. 99% of gurus are just after your money so steer clear of them, they all offer the world – for a price – and deliver very little, the whole thing at first quite frankly is down to trial and error, but, if you want to make a website that’s fine, but you don’t really need one to start with, don’t pay out money for things, first of all start off by joining something like Clickbank, choose a product you would like to promote, get your affiliate link, cloak it to make it secure, and join loads of free advertising sites and send out emails advertising it, and see how you get on. it isn’t easy, it doesn’t just fall into your lap, it takes a lot of hard work and perseverance and a lot of time! You must be really determined.

I would highly recommend becoming an expert in your business and not spending too much time on the actual act of building your website. Online marketing is ongoing so you will need to be more active in this unless you outsource to an agency or hire someone to help you. Depending on the type of e-business I have 2 recommendations for you. If you want flexibility so that you can edit/change the content and images, add pages, etc. of your website without needing to learn to code these recommendations are great. If you are trying to capture visitors information and provide a service than a WordPress website with a trackable lead capture form would be a great option. http://www.SparkLaunch.com offers this with analytics tracking, lead form conversion tracking and more.
If you are looking to sell products online Shopify.com is a great ecommerce platform that has a bunch of themes you can pick from and customize to your liking. To customize you will need to do a little coding/styling but you will need no coding knowledge to create pages, add products, create product collections, etc.
