I want to create my web application, and want to know how much it will cost me to deploy on webserver hosted by vendors.
Answer: Warning! Using unreliable cheap hosting can leave you devastated when your hard work disappear without warning. Web hosting is the heart of your web presence and can mean the life or death to your business.
Before we answer your question, let us review the 7 qualities to look for in a good web hosting. An excellent hosting:
- does not suspend accounts easily like other cheap hosting,
- gives unlimited storage,
- offers unlimited bandwidth,
- gives unlimited add-on domains,
- has friendly Site Builder with thousands of unique templates,
- has QuickInstall to quickly install apps like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, OSCommerce, ZenCart and more
- can be easily upgraded to VPS or one of the best dedicated server plans if and when your business require.
To answer your question, many experienced web developers suggest to try Hostgator. If you need an “unlimited” hosting plan, experts usually highly recommend going with Hostgator because they are the best hosting and domain registrar around.

Hostgator Complaints
No web hosting service is perfect. Some complaints about Hostgator plans include:
- No free domain name included – but you can easily get a domain name from the best domain registrar such as Godaddy or Namecheap for $10 or less. Would you agree that a website is not complete without a domain name?
- You need to pay full price after your first invoice – well, they need to make money too and all the support and great service do come with a cost. It is like they say, you get what you pay for.

There are plenty of free webhosts, and plenty more that charge a small fee (anywhere from 5 bucks a month and up).
I use agilityhoster.com, it’s free and gives you access to PHP, Databases, and a control panel.

It depends on how much bandwidth you plan on using the more you use the more it costs.

Well it seems like you have a couple of options here.
1. Host your own server on a computer that preferably does not change the IP often (such as a desktop, or a laptop that doesn’t travel. This option is free, but the downside, is when your computer is off, or has no internet, then your server for the web application is unfortunately, down as well. (To do this, i suggest using something like whamp to help manage the servers.)
2. Buy a hosting service for roughly 10-25 dollars per year. Godaddy.com is a reliable website for starters. This option is unfortunately not free, yet it offers very reliable hosting, hardly ever down, and its a fast connection, meaning, the web application is never slow due to a bad connection of the hosting side.
Well i hope this helps. Good luck with your application.
regards
andrew
