Bandwidth and the like are not of a concern. Even if I were to put up .pdf downloads of charts, it’s not like those are large files.
I only want it so I can code and plan out the site, and see how the pages look before I go to, probably, asmallorange and purchase a domain there. I tried webs.com, but they don’t let you use PHP unless you pay some fee or something stupid like that..
