The only thing I’d change is the second sentence of the last paragraph. I’d change "Pay just for your needed features" to "Pay only for your needed features." It sounds more formal that way.
It is already pretty good. I just stumbled on a couple of things:
"you can get your ecommerce/cart features at affordable prices besides general plan features" — "besides" seems a little odd there, I would use "in addition to the".
"your needed features" is possibly better in US English than in British English — "needed" is unnatural as an adjective for me. I’d say "the features you need", which should work on either side of the Atlantic and Pacific!
Similarly, I think "You can upgrade your plan any time" might be ok in US English, but for British English it really needs to be "at any time", and I think that would be ok elsewhere too.
