The cheaps hosting service is go daddy.Check out http://www.godaddy.com . Go daddy even have a staff that works 24/7 that can answer all of your questions. Those other site will mess you off because they only have email and not a customer service.

Most of these answers are a joke. Godaddy / Register.com is overpriced and under performs. Afterall, they’re domain registry NOT primarily a webhost. They’re in it for the money.
NEVER trust someone (an individual) that says, "I can host your stuff". They could have some server in their garage that they are using to host your site. Go with a good company, read some reviews.
