My website is currently hosted by GoDaddy on a windows server. I am in the market for a new website company that offers:
– a minimum of 10 years in business
– a solid reputation with good solid references
– excellent customer service
– a "staff" of designers as well as expert programmers
– ability to write script for web form mailers (per Go Daddy must be in php?)
– ability to convert PowerPoint presentations into both PDF and video (for viewing and printing from our site)
– ability to add an administrator tool to our site so that I can make simple text changes and add/edit/delete staff members from our employee page
– offer affordable rates

Please, no referrals of students, new grads, independent contractors, freelance designers/programmers or mom and pop shops. I need a solid, reputable company with a minimum of 10 years experience with an expert staff that I can be sure have the ability to serve all of my website needs now and for many years to come as my site and company grow.

Thanks for the input so far but I’m looking for a referral to an actual website company that can do all of these things for me (not a way to do them meyself). Also, if their email address is a gmail… well, they are not a full fledge professional company but rather most likely an individual freelance person which is not what I’m needing.

Recommendations for professional website company referrals that can meet all criteria above would be the best answer to my question.
