They obviously also sell domain names, and I believe they still have the promotion that the domain name is $1.99 if you buy something like the quick shopping cart. So really you can get started for like less than $15 for the first month and have a shopping cart online as well.

Well i mean there is sites like Go Daddy.com and i think The Hosting cloud will do that. Im no expert on this and wont pretend to be so what i would recommend doing is doing the coding for your sight first and then find a place to register it later based on what your final needs are better than trying to design a site in a restriction that dosn’t fit you.
